Elke Roels studied Social Work in Ghent and obtained her Bachelor in 2004. One year later, she successfully completed a Postgraduate in Marketing. In 2007, Elke started studying at KISP, where she obtained a certified teaching degree.

She joined our company as a first employee in July 2005. She is the manager of the research team and is involved in different HR projects of CrossInternational.
