Function
General:
EskoArtwork is actively looking for an additional Inside Sales Representative (Central and Eastern Europe) for the Ghent-based Inside Sales team (Belgium).
You will focus on selling software products and services over the phone to customers and prospects; you will also focus on prospecting new customers, your main focus lies in the establishment of excellent client relationships. You carry out targeted campaigns and inform prospects about product benefits to enable buying decisions. A perfect teamwork with the resellers is crucial.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- You demonstrate an ability to develop and maintain a strong working relationship with prospects, customers, direct sales, peers and other departments.
- You contact a pre-defined selection of qualified leads and prospects. These contacts come from outbound campaigns, inbound leads, web leads and information requests.
- You identify decision makers within the target companies in order to start the sales process and you provide effective corporate and product/solution information. You will be in charge of a specific region (Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia).
- You manage accounts at the prospect level, you create, follow and close, you obtain a successful conclusion to the call by means of commercial arguments, you work close together with the local resellers.
- You achieve quarterly defined targets and objectives.
- You maintain an accurate lead and prospect database including pipeline and forecast information.
- You monitor and report on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis on the status of projects, leads, products, goals, …
- You attend quarterly sales meetings concerning sales targets, forecasts, reporting on market situation, competitive environment, … You also attend international expositions (maximum 2x/year).
- You maximize the opportunity during each call and therefore detect also solution needs and you redirect Direct Sales to these.
Profile
- You have a bachelor degree.
- You have minimum 1 year experience in sales or inside sales within a B2B environment. You can demonstrate a track record of exceeding quotas/goals.
- You have experience in cold calling and prospecting.
- Inside sales experience and experience in selling software is a plus.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Language skills: Polish, Czech, English. Slovak is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent telephone sales personality skills.
- Excellent time management skills.

- Self motivated, with a positive outlook.
- Confident, articulate and persuasive on the phone when dealing with people at all levels.
