January poll question: Are you open to new experiences and job opportunities?
Last month’s poll results show that the majority of voters are not completely satisfied with their current job situation. Not very surprising; studies have shown that worker dissatisfaction has been on the rise for over more than two decades. Much research has been done as to why so many people are unhappy at their workplace. Among the top reasons for employee dissatisfaction are; lack of adequate compensation, lack of challenging work and bad relationships with colleagues.
This brings us to this month’s most popular poll answer: if a new job opportunity occurs, people would seriously consider it. A big percentage of voters say that they are on the constant lookout for a new job. Have a look at our current vacancies; you might just find your ideal job!
