Function

As Sr. Project Manager, you are the counterpart of the General Manager who supports you with the coordination of large projects. You manage the project from assignment to completion within the agreed budgets, deadlines and quality standards. Therefore, you maintain close contact with architects, engineering firms, builders and subcontractors. The daily on-site monitoring, motivating your team and managing the administrative and financial tasks related to the different projects, fit your qualities.

Profile

• In addition to a master’s degree in construction, you also have a solid project experience.
• You have a good knowledge of Dutch and French ​​and can easily work with Windows office applications.
• Regular trips to the sites and clients are no problem to you.
• Great entrepreneurial spirit and a flexible attitude.
• You are good in prioritizing and have strong organizational skills.
• You have no problem leading a team in a natural and result-oriented manner.
