Wim Van Kerckhove holds a Master in Political Sciences with a major in International Affairs.

In 1998, he started working as a research consultant at a small HR consulting firm. He continued this job in different sectors and for different positions, getting additional responsibilities and studying HR in the meantime. In 2000, Wim was asked to manage a team of 12 HR consultants.

After the foundation of CrossInternational in 2001, Wim took the opportunity to support the growth of the company with an overall responsibility. As a Managing Partner, he started the company with main focus on Talent Search, offering total HR solutions today.
