Kris Colpaert obtained a Master degree in Industrial Psychology and gained more in-depth knowledge about different HR aspects during her work experience.

She worked in different companies within different sectors (insurances, telecom, retail, biotechnology) in the following HR fields: recruitment & selection, assessment & development centre, competence and performance management, training & development, setting up and implementation of HR policies & procedures.

Kris joined Cross in May 2008 to support us in the selection of qualified employees, HR consultancy and Assessment & Development centers. She likes pilates, skiing and plays the piano.
