Since its founding in 2001, Cross International has helped clients and candidates internationally in achieving their goals.

We started our activities, searching for and selecting IT profiles with an initial focus on employing network and systems engineers. However, 9/11 and the economic conditions resulted in the core business changing orientation and shifting towards general talent search and human resources consultancy, having gained our customers' trust.

Over a two-year period, our company grew considerably. From one office in Belgium, we evolved to an international team of HR consultants, operating from offices in Brussels, Warsaw, Moscow and Johannesburg and servicing business partners worldwide.

Our ambition to serve our international clients on a worldwide level urged us to look beyond the European continent. We are pleased to have succeeded in concluding a network of partners in CEE, CIS, Middle East, Asia and Africa.
