Steven graduated from Nijenrode Business University in the Netherlands in 1992 after which he obtained an MBA (intenational business) at the University of Oregon in the USA.
He worked as a marketeer in the FMCG industry for 7 years. After his years with Heineken and United Biscuits, he decided to work as a Management Consultant from 2000, dealing with mainly large International companies in the field of Marketing, Portfolio Management and Organisational Development & Change. His working arena is predominantly Western and Eastern Europe and the former Sovjet Union.
