Charlotte Pollet studied Applied Economics at the Catholic University of Leuven and graduated in 2010. She majored in Human Resources and did a minor in International Business. Charlotte obtained international experience during her various stays abroad (1 year exchange program in Venezuela and a 5-month Erasmus exchange in France, Poitiers).

After a first professional experience as a researcher, she joined CrossInternational in July 2011.
