Hans earned a Master's degree in Social and Political Sciences at the Catholic University of Leuven in 2000.
He started his career as a Research Consultant at TMP Worldwide e-Sourcing and joined CrossInternational in 2001.
Throughout the years, he has taken up a variety of responsibilities - both internal and external. While maintaining a predominant focus on his recruitment expertise, he conducted multiple assessment & development centers and set up CrossInternational's quality management.
Today almost fully involved in an outsourcing track, he has a leading role in the Belgium & Luxembourg recruitment activity of a global management consulting company.
Hans is certified in KOAN-PI® personality testing and in RADAR® attitude-based interviewing.
