To close an eventful year of hard work and dedication, we invited our entire team to a lovely Christmas dinner. 2011 does not only mark our 10 year anniversary but has also been a welcoming to many new Cross members. All businesses deal with highs and lows; how you cope with them, is what defines and distinguishes you as a company. With 2011 coming to an end, we think it is important to reflect on how the year has passed by. Our resolution for 2012 is not to make any resolutions but to thrive and prosper as a company.
