Our business is guided by certain moral principles and high ethical standards. In 2012, CrossInternational was elected – as one of the few HR offices in Belgium – a “Certified Member of Federgon”. Federgon is the umbrella organization for all HR consulting offices in Belgium.
As a business, we want to make a difference and give back to our community. We hold an annual fund raising campaign for charity projects and offer pro-bono services to NGOs.
