Since its founding in 2001, CrossInternational has grown considerably and offers next to talent search – our core activity - also more and more HR expert services. This has broadened our scope; from having mainly search assignments in the ICT sector, we now conduct a wide range of HR assignments in various sectors such as energy, construction, manufacturing, engineering, telecom and automotive.

The focus of our activities lies in the Benelux. Seeing as the number of assignments in Eastern Europe grew, we decided to open a CrossInternational office in Warsaw in 2006. The assignments for Western Europe, the Middle East and Asia are coordinated and implemented from our headquarters in Brussels. We also work with local partners in Moscow and Johannesburg to support several projects in the former Soviet Union and Africa.

Our strength lies in our pro-active thinking with the clients, our unique and effective approach to search for talented candidates, our awareness of all changes, trends and developments in HR and we always ensure that our knowledge is current through training and continuous learning in order to offer our clients the best service.
