Marc Ramault graduated from Ghent University in 1970 with a Master degree in Psychology and a specialization in Influencing Techniques.

He worked as a Psychotherapist and Management Trainer, as well as a specialist in Court (Hof van Assisen) for 13 years.

In 1984, Marc made a major career change, co-creating VanRam Associates with Freddy Vanlancker. In 1999, VanRam Associates was taken over by TMP Worldwide, where he worked as the Managing Director for Benelux till 2002.

Working as an independent management consultant, he joined CrossInternational as a partner in 2003.
