2 new senior partners at CrossInt.

CrossInt is very pleased to announce that Luc Van Dessel and Bart Verreydt are joining as senior partners after an MBO. Together with managing partner Wim Van Kerckhove, Bart will put his weight behind sales, marketing, (strategic) business development and the further expansion of the international Inquirint network, while Luc will be in charge of all operational activities. Frank Vervaeke, as the fourth partner, will continue to be committed to a part of our key accounts and will be leading some strategic projects such as setting up an advisory board, driving technological innovation and our membership of Federgon.

The addition of 2 seasoned partners and more focus in the management team, allows CrossInt to accelerate its steady growth, both domestically and abroad.

Bart has 23 years of experience in sales/business development, marketing, operations, general management and business transformation and this in various B2B sectors, both locally and internationally. Bart has mainly been active in various multinationals and start-ups, before joining CrossInt in October 2022.

Luc started his career in 1992 in public relations, where he supported several clients in terms of their internal and external communications. From 2006 to 2018 at Randstad Sourceright, Luc was responsible for the implementation and daily follow-up of several clients who had outsourced their recruitment end-to-end. After a year as an independent consultant, Luc joined CrossInt in 2020 to further develop the Recruitment Outsourcing Solutions division.
