It is our firm belief  that we need to conduct in-depth interviews that go beyond the standard questions to assess whether the candidate meets the selection criteria on his/her ability to lead teams, inspire others, and navigate complex situations.  This is the reason that we combine the  well-known STAR-methodology (Situation – Task – Action – Result) with the methodology of Appreciative Inquiry (AI).
