Luc is a highly experienced professional with an impressive background in both psychology and communication sciences. With a career spanning more than 30 years, he has held various positions in public relations, management and HR management and gained extensive experience in these areas.

He joined Cross International in 2020 and with his master's degree in psychology, extensive HR experience in several companies and his OPQ certification, he is our lead assessor for assessments and analyzing personality questionnaires or 360° feedback exercises.

Outside of work, Luc enjoys fine dining but equally enjoys a brisk walk. Luc loves efficiency, which is reflected in his motto "Be smart! No one cares about your efforts, only the results”. After all, it's not just about hard work, it's also about being creative, listening to the client, thinking along with candidates, ensuring good communication!
