Wim

Wim is a highly experienced professional with a Master's degree in Political Science, specialising in international operations and human resource management. He started his career in 1998 as a research consultant with VanRam Associates, where he quickly distinguished himself as a skilled and knowledgeable professional. When TMP Worldwide acquired VanRam, Wim was put in charge of the ICT department, a role he fulfilled with great success.

In 2001, Wim was given the opportunity to reorganize CrossInternational, a leading recruitment agency, and he soon proved his mettle by expanding the company's international operations and adding other business activities. As managing partner, Wim focuses on strategic planning and business development, and his insights and expertise have contributed to the company's growth and success.

Wim works mainly from the Ghent and Brussels offices, where he leads a team of talented professionals and oversees the company's operations. In his spare time, he enjoys various outdoor activities, including golfing, motorcycling, hiking and skiing. He is also an ice hockey referee and enjoys staying active and involved.
