Meet Oliwia, a driven and social person currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in financial management and accounting at the University of Warsaw. Oliwia found her passion as a recruiter, where she gained valuable experience working with the largest construction companies in Poland.

Her desire to broaden her horizons and work in an international environment led her to join CrossInt, where she continues to develop her skills and experience. As a people person, she values building strong relationships with candidates. She loves staying in touch with people from all over the world and believes there are no limits when it comes to getting to know others.

If she could change jobs for a month, she would choose something unusual and fun, such as a penguin trainer or a chocolate tester. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her best friends, cooking and enjoying good food. Her personal motto "nothing changes if nothing changes" motivates her to pursue new experiences and challenges in all aspects of her life.
