This is Sofie, someone who knew from the very start of her career that her energy comes from working with people.

With a background in Psychology and a natural drive to connect, she quickly found her way into the world of HR and Talent Acquisition. Over the past 20 years, she built deep expertise across HR, recruitment and leadership, always combining a sharp business mindset with a genuine passion for people.

Colleagues and friends describe her as creative, committed and someone who gladly goes the extra mile, always with one objective: igniting growth in both individuals and organizations.

In the Summer of 2025, Sofie joined Cross International as Senior Consultant, bringing her experience and warm, engaging style to our clients and team.

Outside of work, Sofie is a proud mom of three sporty kids; two horseball-playing daughters and a football-playing son. A true animal lover, her family includes four horses, a dog, two cats and three chickens. She is a devoted fan of horseball, a dynamic equestrian sport that blends strength, courage and teamwork.

She finds energy in staying active, cooking, enjoying good food, horseriding and spending time outdoors.
